Charitable Giving

Despite being a busy attorney and father of three boys, Paul still finds time to donate to his community. He provides free legal services to Habitat for Humanity. He has served on the Board of Directors and a founding member of the Ashland Young Professionals. He is a past member of the Board of Members of Ashland Alliance. Paul donated his time by being president of the Ashland Young Professionals Association in 2004 and 2005. In addition, he finds time to coach children's sports as he did even before becoming a father.

In addition, McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland has, since its inception as a law firm, provided free services to help churches in our local area with legal matters that come up from time to time such as starting a charitable corporation, obtaining title to real estate to expand their facilities and other general matters.

In addition to giving of our time, we are also proud to give money to a host of organizations throughout the area. Each year McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland awards three $500.00 scholarships to local high school students for recognizing their commitment to continue their education. Over the years since the scholarship has been implemented, the law firm has given away over $35,000.00 to these well-deserving award recipients.

Additionally, the law firm has given generously over the years to help support children in other endeavors such as little league baseball, little league football, girl's softball, boy's baseball, the Lion's Club horseshow, Old Fashion Days, cheerleaders and mission trips for individual children.

At McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland we have been fortunate to be a part of a highly successful law firm for forty years. Our founders believed then and we believe now in giving back generously to the community that supports us!
